Data deletion
Each PageBeeper workspace’s owners manage its shared content and team access. For help with identity records or deletion requests, contact the operator, Ryan McGreevy doing business as PRO Direct, at ryan@youpager.com.

Delete workspace content
- Sign in as an owner to the private PageBeeper dashboard and select the workspace whose content you want to delete. Check the workspace name before continuing.
- Open Settings, expand Advanced connection setup, and choose Delete workspace data.
- Review the confirmation, type DELETE, and confirm deletion. This removes uploads, drafts, scheduled posts, weekly slots, social connections, publishing history, and processing jobs from the selected workspace.
Workspace content deletion is scoped to the selected workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace, manage each separately. Removing membership in one workspace does not remove membership in another.
This content deletion retains team identities, memberships, invitations, and login access records. It does not delete accounts or records held by Clerk, Google, ChatGPT, or a connected social platform. Publishing already requested from Meta may still finish.
Remove a teammate or revoke an invitation
The owner can open Settings → Your team workspace to remove a member or revoke a pending invitation. Removing a member revokes access to this workspace; shared drafts, schedules, social connections, and publishing history remain for the team. Revoking an invitation prevents that invitation from granting workspace access.
Team identity records and login-provider records are managed separately from shared content. Ask the workspace owner about your name, email address, membership, invitation, or other identity information. PageBeeper does not provide an automatic account-deletion control for these separate records.
Disconnect a social account
To remove a connection without deleting workspace content, open Settings → Connected accounts and choose Disconnect for that account. This removes its stored connection details and access token. Connections are shared with the team, so disconnecting affects the workspace.
Disconnecting does not cancel scheduled entries. Use Return to draft in the queue to remove a post from automatic publishing. If an account is missing when a post becomes due, that post will need review. A person authorized on the social platform can separately revoke PageBeeper’s permissions through that platform’s apps or business integrations settings.
YouTube access and records
For a YouTube connection, Disconnect also requests revocation of the channel’s Google authorization. If Google cannot confirm that request, the connection stays blocked and the app asks you to retry or revoke access directly in Google’s security settings. A successful disconnect removes stored channel credentials and removes YouTube channel details, video identifiers and links from retained PageBeeper publishing records. Your own drafts, original uploads and scheduling records remain unless you delete them separately.
You can contact PRO Direct at ryan@youpager.com to delete stored YouTube-related information. Deletion requests are handled as soon as possible and within seven calendar days. Revoking access does not delete an uploaded video or change its YouTube visibility; manage those videos in YouTube Studio. Read the Google Privacy Policy for information handled by Google.
TikTok and Zernio
For TikTok, Disconnect blocks new PageBeeper publishing and requests removal of the account from Zernio. If that request cannot be confirmed, the connection remains blocked while you retry. Removing this connection does not guarantee immediate revocation of TikTok’s authorization or deletion of copies already held by Zernio or TikTok. You can separately revoke the Zernio or Late app in TikTok’s connected-app settings and manage published videos directly on TikTok.
Contact PRO Direct at ryan@youpager.com for help with TikTok-related records or a request for data held by Zernio. Zernio’s account and retention procedures are described in its privacy policy. Deleting PageBeeper’s content does not delete your Zernio account or a TikTok video.
LinkedIn and Zernio
For LinkedIn, Disconnect blocks new PageBeeper publishing and requests removal of the account from Zernio. If removal cannot be confirmed, the connection remains blocked while you retry. You can separately revoke Social Media Connector in LinkedIn’s permitted-services settings. This does not delete published posts or copies already received by Zernio or LinkedIn.
Contact PRO Direct at ryan@youpager.com for help with LinkedIn-related records or provider-held data requests. Read Zernio’s privacy policy for its retention procedures.
HeyGen video inputs and outputs
Removing a draft or video plan does not erase the uploaded first frame, generated video, or copies already sent to HeyGen. For deletion of a particular AI video and its inputs, contact ryan@youpager.com with your workspace name and the campaign or post name. Do not send passwords or API keys. We verify workspace authority before handling the request.
When an owner confirms Delete workspace data, PageBeeper first records HeyGen’s saved file identifiers for cleanup and prevents the saved jobs from importing their videos again. The workspace content deletion removes its local media and generation directions. A minimal spent-request receipt and cleanup record remain so deletion cannot reset a paid allowance or make a provider request disappear. This record does not retain the first frame or video directions.
Owners can inspect Settings → AI video data & deletion. Continue requested HeyGen cleanup retries only files already included in the workspace’s deletion request; it never generates another video or changes social connections. A request stays pending until HeyGen confirms each known video and uploaded source file. Missing identifiers, an uncertain original submission, or a response we cannot verify requires support reconciliation. PageBeeper does not mark those requests complete automatically.
Local deletion and provider deletion are separate. HeyGen’s self-serve files have no automatic expiry; its support advises that deleted data may remain in disaster-recovery backups for up to 60 days. We cannot promise immediate removal from provider backups or from copies already published or downloaded elsewhere. A generation already accepted by HeyGen may still finish and may still incur its original charge; deletion does not authorize a replacement.
Temporary links and published posts
Signed media links expire within one hour. Deleting the underlying upload prevents a new fetch once that deletion takes effect; it does not erase copies already received by a publishing platform or another person possessing the link.
Content already uploaded or published on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok or LinkedIn must be managed on that platform. Removing a draft, deleting PageBeeper data, or disconnecting an account does not automatically delete a published post.
Requests from connected platforms
PageBeeper currently runs an invitation-only pilot with separate customer workspaces. If a connected platform presents a data deletion request, contact PRO Direct at ryan@youpager.com so the relevant workspace, connection or identity records can be identified and handled. Workspace owners can remove their workspace content or connections using the steps above. Identity and login-provider records require separate management.
