Terms of use

PageBeeper is an invitation-only publishing service operated by Ryan McGreevy doing business as PRO Direct. These terms describe the current pilot for invited customers and their teams.

Last updated October 27, 2026

Purpose and access

The app helps authorized workspace members prepare content, organize a publishing queue, choose dates or recurring time slots, and publish selected content to accounts they are authorized to manage. Customer workspaces have separate memberships, content, schedules and social connections. Access to one workspace does not grant access to another; select the intended workspace before making changes. This public service provides product and policy information and temporary media delivery for that workflow.

Each workspace’s owners manage invitations and membership. Invited members share that workspace’s calendar, posts, uploaded media, connected social accounts and publishing results. Public self-service signup is not currently available. Connecting a customer’s social account does not transfer ownership of that account or make that customer the owner of PageBeeper.

Content and publishing

You are responsible for reviewing the content you prepare or publish, selecting the intended workspace, accounts and posting times, and having permission to publish the text, images and videos you supply. Only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Review team access before sharing a connection with a workspace.

Connected platforms apply their own permissions, media requirements, availability, and publishing rules. A scheduled time is a request for the app to attempt publishing; delivery timing and success depend on the app and the receiving platform. Review the publishing status and the resulting post.

YouTube publishing

PageBeeper uses YouTube API Services for its YouTube connection and upload features. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Review PageBeeper’s privacy policy and the Google Privacy Policy before connecting a channel.

You choose the channel, video, title, description, audience and visibility. YouTube determines whether a video is categorized as a Short and may process, restrict or reject uploads under its own rules. Disconnecting PageBeeper does not delete a video from YouTube.

TikTok publishing through Zernio

The current TikTok connection uses Zernio to deliver the selected video, caption and settings to TikTok. Use it only for accounts you are authorized to manage, and review Zernio’s terms and TikTok’s terms. You must have the necessary content and music rights and select accurate commercial and AI-content disclosures. Review the preview, destination and public visibility before authorizing publishing.

A successful handoff or processing response is not proof that a TikTok video is public. PageBeeper shows processing, review-needed or uncertain outcomes until the provider confirms the result. Disconnecting does not remove a TikTok post or cancel delivery already requested.

LinkedIn Page publishing through Zernio

The LinkedIn connection uses Zernio to deliver selected text, images and videos to the company Page you authorize. Connect only Pages you are authorized to manage, and review Zernio’s terms and LinkedIn’s User Agreement. Review the destination, content and schedule before publishing. LinkedIn may reject duplicate content, including repeating posts.

An accepted or processing request is not proof of a published post. Review its publishing status and resulting link. Disconnecting does not remove published LinkedIn posts or cancel delivery already requested.

AI video creation with HeyGen

Updated October 27, 2026. HeyGen customer generation is currently disabled; only separately authorized private owner tests are available. These conditions prepare for a future customer release and do not activate it. PageBeeper holds its HeyGen key on the server. Customers do not receive HeyGen credentials or direct access to its account.

Before sending a video request, you must confirm that you own or have the permissions needed to process its images, text, logos, music and other inputs, including consent from people whose image, voice or likeness is used. You authorize PRO Direct and its processing providers to handle those inputs as needed to perform your requested generation, deliver and store the result, and carry out deletion requests, as explained in our privacy information. Do not upload another person’s material or personal information without the required permission.

Do not use this feature for illegal, infringing, hateful, abusive, sexually explicit or deceptive content, unauthorized impersonation, political campaigning or lobbying, or other uses prohibited by HeyGen’s terms and content policies. You remain responsible for your instructions, inputs and use of the result.

You keep your rights in your inputs. To the extent PRO Direct receives transferable rights in the generated output, we assign those rights to the customer requesting it. You may use the resulting video commercially, including in social posts and ads, subject to your input rights, these conditions and the destination’s rules. This does not grant rights in someone else’s music, likeness, trademarks or other material. Outputs may be similar to other outputs, and copyright protection or exclusivity is not guaranteed.

Review the finished picture, wording, logos and sound before approving it. Do not present AI output as entirely human-made. Apply AI or synthetic-media labels when required by law or the receiving platform. Generating or saving a video does not approve, schedule, publish or authorize advertising; those actions require a separate review.

Any customer price and spending confirmation must be shown before a paid request is sent. A saved plan or progress check does not authorize another generation. An uncertain request stays under review rather than triggering a replacement automatically. Creating a video is separate from a subscription, credit purchase or publishing request. See AI video deletion handling for local and provider copies.

Temporary delivery links

Signed media links are intended for delivery of selected publishing assets. Anyone possessing a valid link may retrieve that asset until expiry. Keep links within the intended publishing workflow.

Data and disconnection

Manage drafts, uploaded media, and account connections in the private dashboard. Read the privacy information and data deletion instructions. Content already received or published by a connected platform must also be managed on that platform.

Changes

The app and these pages may be updated as the pilot changes. Public self-service signup and broader platform access remain separate launch steps. Any available purchases are described in Credits & billing; these AI video conditions do not authorize a purchase. For support or questions about these terms, contact PRO Direct at ryan@youpager.com.
